The Sergio Alexo Uploader (TikTok and YouTube)

The Uploader is a personal tool used by Sergio Alexo to publish his own videos to his own TikTok and YouTube accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no one other than Sergio Alexo can connect an account to it.

When Sergio Alexo connects his TikTok account, the Uploader receives an access token through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. The token is used only to upload and publish videos and captions that Sergio Alexo has chosen to post. The Uploader does not read your TikTok data, does not collect data about other TikTok users, and does not post anything on anyone else's behalf.

Access tokens are stored only on Sergio Alexo's own computer. They are not sold, shared, or sent to any third party other than TikTok or Google as required to publish the video. The connection can be removed at any time from TikTok's app settings (Security and permissions, then Apps and services) or from the Google account permissions page.

Use of TikTok is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Information collected through this website

If you send a booking enquiry, song request, or ticket order, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, and event information, so we can respond and fulfil the request.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this site.

If you create an account, we store your email address and sign-in information so you can access your account.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and reliability.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, deliver purchases and tickets, operate accounts, keep the site secure, and publish Sergio Alexo's own content. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the site (for example hosting, email, and payment processing) and when required by law.

Retention and your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing mgmt@sergioalexo.com. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
