sergioalexo.com is the official website of Sergio Alexo, a DJ and producer in Winnipeg, Canada. It provides information about events, music, and bookings, and lets visitors request songs, buy tickets, and purchase merchandise.
The Sergio Alexo Uploader
The Sergio Alexo Uploader is a private tool used by Sergio Alexo to publish his own videos to TikTok and YouTube. It is not available to the public. It uses the TikTok Content Posting API and the YouTube Data API only for content Sergio Alexo owns, and its use is also governed by TikTok's and Google's terms and policies.
Content and intellectual property
All music, mixes, videos, images, logos, and text on this site are owned by Sergio Alexo or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell them without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial sharing of links to the content.
Where a mix or video features tracks by other artists, those works remain the property of their respective owners.
Purchases and tickets
Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, tickets are non-refundable except where an event is cancelled. Bookings and deposits are governed by the agreement made when the booking is confirmed.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, submit false or abusive requests, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimer and liability
The site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sergio Alexo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
